Not paleo Veggie Pie
(Just Subtract Crust)
Pre heat oven 350F
Put pie crust in for 10 to 15 mins.
(Sticking with Paleo don't do the crust)
2 large handfuls spinach
3 Zucchinis cut up
1 large bell pepper
1 Cup Mushrooms
3 TBSP chopped garlic
Hot sauce to taste
Black pepper
Basil
paprika
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 Cup Grated Cheese
1/4 to 1/2 Cup gorgonzola
Mix everything together in a large bowl except spinach.
Place spinach in the bottom of a dish (Pie crust)
The pour the veggie mixture on top.
Bake in oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy!
