Harvest Broiler 


Quick fix for dinner

Turn on the broiler 
(I have a high and low setting I used low)
If only one setting use bottom rack.

On a pan place:
Meat of your choice, I used 1/4 inch thick beef
peppered bacon
1 pear cored 
1 apple cored 
Half to a whole head of cauliflower
2 or more zucchinis
   
I drizzled some grape seed oil of the vegetables
and some liquid smoke over both meat and vegetables. 
Then sprinkled some sage on the zucchini 
(you can season any way you want)

Place in oven and broil till meat is cooked to your liking and veggies are browned.
When meat is close to done you may want to turn up the broiler or place pan on top rack 
for a few minutes to brown fruits and  cauliflower.

When serving you can add a salad as well.
The fruit makes this a great dinner and dessert all in one.
Enjoy!  

This was enough food to feed three and left one large piece of meat for next days breakfast and lunch.
